Because of Cicuit City being a conglomerate and a nationwide chain, the CEO's failed to recognized customer's need and only focusing on redecorating a $3 million private restroom for their corperate headquarters.
Now if only they could bring back doctors making house calls like they did in the 60's, the world would be in a much better place.
