Long story, short, I have a major issues (bad LCD panel - $900 part) with a Sony 46" Z series I purchased from Vann's back in October. I've contacted Vann's, nothing they can do, it's a Sony issue. Contacted Sony, sent to Qserv, on the phone every day, now the part is back ordered until after Christmas. I've now been without a TV longer than I have watched it. How can I get this TV replaced ASAP? It seems that a $900 part on a sometimes $1500 - $2000 TV would warrant just a simple replacement?
Any ideas? I want to watch TV during Christmas
