I just bought this same TV yesterday 12/17. Do you think I will get it before Christmas? I live in NY

Hey Lou,

With the Christmas shipping madness going on, stormy winter weather, and you are in NY - I think it's less likely to arrive in time for Christmas (unless the freight company makes great time and works on the 24th). Did you get an ETA or tracking #?

I checked the tracking this morning and it was still being processed, it said to check back tomorrow. Thanks for the reply. I didn't want to wait this long to get it, but had to wait till the price came down for us to afford it. That didn't happen until I saw it yesterday and then decided to pick it up. Hopefully Santa will get it to me for Christmas. Thanks again for the reply.

Guess you were one of the lucky ones. I ordered on Wednesday the 17th under the banner that said "order today to receive for Christmas" and mine won't be here until December 29th. Talk about a major dissapointment with family and friends coming over for the holiday to do some gaming together on this 67 inch TV. Now it will arrive right in time when we both go back to working nights. Sorry, but I just really needed to vent.

I was just about to purchase a Panasonic DVD recorder from here when I noticed that the sale just went off a few hours ago. I called up customer service desk and ask 'em if they could give it to me at a sale price. They said they couldn't but they're still working on it......just maybe

Meaning what? I have been buying from Vanns for almost 5 years, I have learned that their greatest deals are limited offers, I will admit it is a bit annoying how often their pricing changes, but if you want it now, buy it now, if you can wait the price will go down again soon. Luckily they price guarantee for a week or two.
