Vann's Fanns

I ordered a digital camera this morning. Saturday Dec 6th
Now 6-7 hours later and I still have not received my email confirmation.
Should I be concerned ??? I KNOW I completed the sale but of course did not write down the order # figuring I would get a prompt email confirmation.
I tried calling customer service but after being on hold for 10-15 minutes I gave up.
I'm afraid I'm going to get the "out of stock" phone call that a lot of scammer sites are known for. The web site still shows the item "in stock" but we know that means nothing!
Is this kind of confirmation delay common with Vann's ? This is my first order with them.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive an email confirmation in an expedient manner. We did experience some small technical issues on Saturday that may have caused this. However, by now, you should have received that email. If for some reason you have not, please contact us back at 800-769-5668 at your earliest convenience. Typically order confirmations arrive from Vann's within a matter of minutes. Sorry for any concern we may have caused you.
